Recently bought a new Wifi Range Extender, set it up no problem at first. Now the router led goes red. Turn it off turn it on works for 5mins then goes red again.

what router did you connect it to?
Did you set it up via wps or using the installation wizard?
what firmware is on the extender?

Coupled us WPS-----try installing with the installation wizard and not wps. wps gets coded different between manufacturers.
Its brand new so assume firmware/software up to date-----brand new usually means it doesn't have the latest as firmware gets updated after its been made/boxed/shipped. And a number helps for anyone else with this issue.
