Just that one. I am aware that this sort of points the finger at it being a Windows 10 problem but (a) it was all working poerfectly OK for some months and (b) sometimes a Windows problem can relate to just one other device.
BTW, the laptop works OK with an old Belkin eouter configured as an access point! We'd rather use the Netgear extender, though, as it's a lot faster.

what actual wireless card is having issues?
What driver version is it using?
What firmware is on the extender?
What router is the extender connected to?
Have you tried setting a reserved/static ip address for the laptop in your router?
