EX3920 Lost Contact with My Router

EX3920 Lost Contact with My Router, why & how did this Happen?

 

 I started up My Laptop yesterday evening & saw I Only had 1 Wi-Fi in the Internet Access on My Tool Bar,

The Only other thing that was listed on My iPhone was NetGear_EXT

I had set it up prior so I could use it in the other room where there is Weak or no Wi-Fi at all.

 

Is it normal for a router Extender to lose it's settings ?

Have you tried to factory reset the extender and try to do the setup again?
