EX6100 AC750 WiFi Range Extender is not connecting to the internet
Hi, my EX6100 AC750 WiFi Range Extender is not connecting to the internet. Both the 2GEXT and the 5GEXT networks show up as available networks on my computer, but there is no internet connection. So I never get to use the genie Smart Setup. Windows Vista, and EchoLife HG520C router. I have tried setting up using ireless, and have also tried using an ethernet cable. Never connects. Please help.

You should be able to log into the router’s admin pages using a Web Browser as per the User’s Manual instructions. In there check that the extender has a connection back to the router, it seems that this is failing for some reason e.g. the extender is too far away from the router or incorrect WiFi password data is set in the extender.
