EX6100 AC750 extender - client connectivity not working

EX6100 AC750 extender - client connectivity not working

After several months  (maybe 18 months) of connectivity, can no longer get client connectivity. Ultimately did factory reset, upgraded  again to lastest firmware. Yes, obviously  I have router to extender connectivity but clients cannot detect either 2.4 or 5.0 extender.   

 

different clients that used to connect  but can longer detect extender are android phones, ipad, firestick, windows laptop
