EX6100 - Intermittet Connection Problems
I have my EX6100 plugged in fairly close to my TV and away from my router. I can connect sometimes but other times it tells me on my BluRay that the network connection has an error. When I go to check it, it is fine and the connection is usually 100%. Sometimes I can watch a movie but it will freeze ten minutes in.
My question is, should I put it closer to the modem/router or closer to the TV or in the middle! By the way, if I take it out of the outlet, do I have to reset it?
Thank you for any suggestions...

Re: EX6100 - Intermittet Connection Problems
Hi t232,
Yes, please place the EX6100 in the middle.
No, you do not have to reset your extender when you unplug from the outlet.
Also change the WiFi channel on your router, as it may be experiencing interference.
If you have a NETGEAR router, you can also change the router settings via Genie:

Also check that both your router and extender on running the latest firmware.
