EX6100 - New Router - Not Staying connected

WifiExtender - was set up on prior router and stayed connected, no problem.

New router - set up, connected, but it does not STAY connected.  I have to log in with the Admin password, and if I turn off my computer, the networks are not available to any other devices.

Which router do you have? 

did you set up via wps or the installation wizard? 

Wps isn't always the best method as not all device makers code it the same. 

firmware on the extender?
