EX6100 access point or extender
I bought an extender for upstairs at my office because I will be working from home but I dont know If i should use it as an access point or as an extender? I wanted to use an ethernet cable from the extneder to my PC so i can have a good internet connection from work. My wifi modem is downstairs. Thank you
Model: EX6100|AC750 Dual Band WiFi Range Extender

Re: EX6100 access point or extender
Access point mode you'd have the extender hardwired into the router.
in extender mode, it picks up the wireless from your router and rebroadcasts it and a device can be hardwired to it.
