EX6110 AC1200 WiFi Range Extender Router disconnecting after installation

EX6110 AC1200 WiFi Range Extender Router disconnecting after installation
1. First time, installed everything as written and worked fine.
2. Power outage caused Router to turn off, losing connection.
3. Power restored and back online, but extender unable to restore connection to router.
4. Did factory reset, and followed first time set up steps.
5. WPS and Router connects with LED lighting up.
6. Router LED lights turn off after a few seconds while WPS stays on, WiFi disconnected.
7. Did factory reset.
8. Did connect with NETGEAR Installation Assistant.
9. Followed the steps until register as new device (no login option) popped up.
10. Selected Yes to Smart Setup, and connected.
11. Infinite loop from step 4 - 10
How do I fix this or any suggestions? Any tips to make the router stay connected?
Model: EX6110
Firmware: Current firmware unknown, however unable to update to Firmware V1.0.1.70.
OS: Windows 10 and Android Devices.
