1. Where is the process failing? Are you struggling to connect to your extenders wifi or getting the extender to connect to your router's wifi? More details that "it won't connect" is needed. Expand on the questions I've asked. the more you tell us, the better we can help you
2. What firmware is on your extender?
3. What router are you connecting to?
have you went to your support site? It has manuals, firmware, install guides (with videos), and troubleshooting. Its a great resource.
