I don't see an EX6119 model. Is that actually your model number or a mistype.
Did you try a factory reset, Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. Then try setup.
you can go to netgear.com/support/ type in your model number and it'll take you to manuals, guides, videos, etc.
