EX6120, Device and WPS lights
I recently got this wifi extender. I set it up via WPS. I plugged the extender into my computer with an ethernet cable and the Device light and WPS light are both not lighting up. My wifi speed is also significantly slower than normal on my computer now. I don't really know what to do, so any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: EX6120, Device and WPS lights
1. what firmware is on the extender?
2. you're testing the speed with the computer hardwired into the extender?
- what speed did you get before? was it wired in? wireless?
- if wireless was it over 2.4ghz? or 5ghz
- what speeds are you getting now?
- again is that over a wired connection or wireless? and if wireless, what band?
3. what device are you testing on?
4. have you tried installing it with the installation assistant and not wps?
5. what router are you connecting it to?
