EX6120 Network Dropping

EX6120 Network Dropping

  • Hardware Version: EX6120
  • Firmware Version: V1.0.0.46_1.0.29

The device connects fine with our home router.  However it appears the _5GEXT network drops out periodically (you can watch this happen using the Netgear WiFi Analytics App), which causes the connected computers to disconnect.  It is in a good signal location, and connected to a wall outlet.  Any ideas on what's going on?

May you try changing the WiFi channels of the 5GHz band to see if there are any improvements. Please refer to the KB article below.
