EX6120 devices don't switch automatically from router to extender and vice versa
Hi, my new WiFi extender works fine, but both my Mac laptop and iPhone don't switch automatically from router to extender and vice versa, I need to change the network manually each time I move from one room to another, which is very annoying... I'm sure it's a dumb thing I need to do, so thanks in advance for enlightening me on this.
You can use different ssid's for the router and the extender and manually switch it yourself.
Otherwise there's a few different apps you can setup that will auto switch between ssid's based on rssi strength.
