EX6120 dual band extender - passphrase incorrect when connecting device
I connected the extended to my router using the WPS button. I am trying to connect a device to the extender using the passphrase of my router and it keeps telling me it is an incorrect passphrase. What do I need to do?

Re: EX6120 dual band extender - passphrase incorrect when connecting device
Re-run the setup process but use the installation wizard instead of wps. Not all manufacturer's code wps the same and it can create issues. its why there's still an installation wizard. 🙂

What is the best way to get to the installation wizard?
And thank you very much for your reply.
