I have had nothing but trouble with this unit. I am now trying to reconnect it after unplugging it for days and then plugging it in and pushing factory reset. Now it will not connect. As far as I'm concerned this was a waste of money. Support for only 90 days is a joke. If I had known that before I bought it I may have not bought it. FRUSTRATED

How are you attempting to reconnect it? Using WPS?
The installation assistant works great and the EX6120 has an ethernet port on the side you can attach a pc/laptop to for setup. Tends to go faster that route.
