EX6130 Restart failing on WAN internet access

I'm using the power bouton to stop EX6130 often. 

When i start the product, should start on my network as an hotspot. 

 

Every morning when i start it, the hotspot failed on initialization or the internet link is not identified on the product. 

 

I'm performing test over days, i can't explain it as a rational way. 

I would like to consult logs on the product to understand what is going wrong 

 

How is it possible to read the system log of the EX6130 ?
