My unit was running fine for over a year, but now, suddenly i can't get faster than 3mbs. When i do WiFi next to Verizon Router, I can get speeds of over 50mbs. I read similar posts and people think this is hardware failure. Any suggestions would be helpful to assess situation.
I do have the latest firmware. Funny thing, i came back and reset it each day and on the third day, it recaptured the strong signal, although it is still not that fast
Let's put it this way. I will not be buying Netgear equipment anytime again. I have Aris in another residence and their tech support is great. It is ridiculous that you can't get a Netgear person to help you with these problems.
