EX6250 — AC1750 Dual Band WiFi Mesh Extender Not Working

I bought this wifi extender from Amazon back in November 2020. It's been working great for as long as I've had it, but recently, it stopped working at all! Suddenly, all the lights have turned on, and it's not connecting to my NETGEAR Nighthawk Smart Wi-Fi Router R6700, and I can't factory reset it. The only thing that works is the on/off button (from what I can tell). Anyone have any ideas?

    Have you had any luck with this issue? I've had the same problem for weeks, can't find an answer

      Hi! Sorry I never gave an update. 😅 Apparently, it was a fault in the Wifi extender. Luckily, I was still under the 1 year limited warranty, and after discussing the issue for like an hour on the phone, NETGEAR Support agreed to send me a replacement. All I had to do was send my current one in and wait for a couple of days for the replacement to arrive. The only downsides for me was that the new one could only be sent after mine successfuly arrived at their facility and I aslo had to pay like 10 bucks for the shipping. It sucked, that I had to go through all that, but at least a got one that was working again. 🙃 Hope this info helps!
