- Hi! Sorry I never gave an update. 😅 Apparently, it was a fault in the Wifi extender. Luckily, I was still under the 1 year limited warranty, and after discussing the issue for like an hour on the phone, NETGEAR Support agreed to send me a replacement. All I had to do was send my current one in and wait for a couple of days for the replacement to arrive. The only downsides for me was that the new one could only be sent after mine successfuly arrived at their facility and I aslo had to pay like 10 bucks for the shipping. It sucked, that I had to go through all that, but at least a got one that was working again. 🙃 Hope this info helps!
