EX6250 Bricked after firmware upgrade
The firmware upgrade seemed to work fine but after repositioning it to another room the On/Off light went orange and has remained that way when turning it on.
Using the pin to factory reset did not work.
Using TFTP upload partially worked with the upload bar reaching 1/3 before stopping.
I have read through others with similar issues and watched a YouTube or two but alas no luck thus far.

Is that the power LED? Is that what it looked like after the firmware update? Or did it change when you moved the extender?
If the update worked to begin with, it isn't likely to go bad simply because you moved the thing.

That doesn't make sense. Upload bar? Never seen one of those.
What about any messages?
TFTP is complicated. Lots of things that can go wrong. The only way to diagnose what happens is to read the messages that appear.
Sometimes you have to persevere until it sticks.
You have posted your message in the section of this community given over to Nighthawk WiFi Routers. (This is easily done, given Netgear's impenetrable community structure.)
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers about your hardware, in the appropriate section for your device. That's probably here:
