EX6250 automatically gets reset (reset to factory) monthly or bi-monthly

I have beeing using my EX6250 extender for 1 year.

However, recently, it stops working all of a sudden. After checking the device, I realized that the device is actually gotten reset. All settings are gone. (Just like a new device) And therefore I have to setup my extender again.

This happens 3 times in the past 3~4 month. However, I don't have this issue before.

Is it possible that this problem is caused by the automatically firmware update?

Btw, my current firmware version: V1.0.0.134

Try reinstalling the firmware to it and then doing your own factory reset and reinstall. 

If something was corrupt it could cause that. 

If that doesn't help, try downgrading the firmware a version 

Are you installing it with wps or the installation assistant? I'd recommend the installation assistant
