EX6400 I can’t connect to server
Is there a simple easy way to connect to server so I can update the firmware please. I am now so confused and feel I got duped by My HelpDesk on Netgear Agent Maria McAcoy took my name and number and said someone would call this was an hour ago.

Re: EX6400 I can’t connect to server
If the extender is already connected to the router. Log into the router and look at its attached devices list. (or equivalent).
It should list the extender and its ip address. You can use the ip address to access it versus using the mywifi address.
