EX7000 Using the USB port for devices
I have an SDR Dongle that I would like to use through the USB port on my ex7000. Its located in the attic so the SDR would be best placed with the ex7000 so it could receive radio. It cant receive anything in the rooms of the house due to the all brick walls.
I have it plugged in to the Routers USB port, but I cant see it on the network at all.
Is there any way of using the Routers USB for anything other than a hard drive/removable drive ?
- Firmware Version V1.0.1.78_1.0.140
- Computer running Windows 10
thanks.

Re: EX7000 Using the USB port for devices
Hi StuattC1970,
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, you cannot plug an SDR dongle into the EX7000 USB port. The USB port of EX7000 is for Storage and USB printers only.
Please do not hesitate to let me know if you need further assistance.
Regards,
Oliver
