EX7000 appears to be stuck in boot loop?

I wish I could give more information. All I've got are a few lights. Sometimes I can get closer to mywifiext.com than a simple "no internet", and when I do, the readout of chrome is "a network change was detected." Power on from start grants green lights 1-5, then all other green lights, then green flashing number lights based on what I have plugged into ethernet ports, with amber wireless lights, and blank upstream/downstream light (apparent normal function without wireless), for a few seconds, and then that entire sequence loops.

This seems to my only somewhat trained eye to be the router getting most of the way to a successful boot, and crashing before completion. There is not enough "up" time for me to successfully factory reset using the reset button. Or maybe I have to time it perfectly? How would I do that?

It's quite old. I wouldn't completely object to upgrading my brick, but I would very much like to avoid adding to the masonry around these parts. I'm an electrician with a light background in software/sysadmin, and mortar is not my strong suit...

Joking aside, is it bricked? or naw?

Anything I can provide, happy to do so, but I really don't think I can get to anything more than this at this time...

Re: EX7000 appears to be stuck in boot loop?

You can try recoving it with tftp or nmrpflash.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide
https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP
just make sure you enable tftp
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10

and here's a video walk through using a tftp client. Use the built in one for windows 10 though. the video is more of an example of how its done.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R9DLrLQrpaw

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash
https://github.com/jclehner/nmrpflash
