EX7000 interfering with DHCP when a HDHOMERUN device is in the network

I am using EX7000 to extend my WiFi networks (2.4GHz and 5GHz) with the intend to reach the whole house (same floor). I am also connecting to the ETH ports of the EX7000 some TV related devices (SmartTV, Media Server etc...) One of these devices connected via LAN ETH to the EX7000 is the HDHOMERUN CONNECT that is not getting the IP Address from the DHCP any longer since when the extender has been installed. Previously with a "simple" ETH splitter everything was fine. After two months trying to fix the DHCP mechanism I am very close to remove EX7000 from my network. Suggestions please ?

Hello mv1964 - Welcome to the NETGEAR Community! Would you mind providing us with the firmware version the extender is on.
