EX7000 status showing "no connection" when trying to extend from C7000-100NAS
I cannot seem to figure this extender out - I have the C7000-100NAS router, and while I can sucessfully configure the router to the extender, when I look at the status, it intermittently shows (no connection) for either the 2.4Ghz, the 5Ghz, or both. Also, while it does boost the signal for the rooms upstairs, I run a speed test next to the source router and I get 20-30 Mbps for my 2.4Ghz when it should be 100+, while as for the 5Ghz connection I get 0-35Mbps (I should have a 200Mbps max). I have the latest firmware update on the extender (V1.0.1.84_1.0.148), I have tried just boosting one band using FastLane; am I missing something in the configuration? Are the devices not compatible? Is the device defective? I don't know what else I need to do, please help me!!!
