EX7300 COMPATIBILITY WITH ARROW G34 WIFI CABLE MODEM
Hello all. On my existing network I have the EX7300 extender. I think I have made a mistake in upgrading my equipment to an Arris G34 cable modem router combo. I am trying to pair my EX7300 extender. At first it connects, but within minutes I get an error with no internet connection that states the extender cannot connect to my network and I end up in an endless loop of being prompted to setup The extender. I am still able to access internet directly through the Arris G34 , it just loses connection to the extender. was wondering if anyone is aware of compatibility issues with these product models? Or, any suggestions on how to get around the problem I am having.
I may try to return the Arris and go back to a reliable Netgear combo.
Thank you in advance for your time and suggestions.

Re: EX7300 COMPATIBILITY WITH ARROW G34 WIFI CABLE MODEM
There are a few possible solutions to this problem:
Try updating the firmware on the EX7300 extender. Netgear regularly releases firmware updates that fix bugs and improve compatibility with new routers. You can check for updates by visiting the Netgear website https://www.netgear.com/ and entering the model number of your extender.
Try changing the wireless channel on the EX7300 extender. The EX7300 extender may be interfering with the wireless signal from the Arris G34. You can try changing the wireless channel on the extender to see if that resolves the issue.
Try resetting the EX7300 extender to factory defaults. This will erase all of your settings, so you will need to reconfigure the extender after you reset it.
If none of the above solutions work, you may need to replace the EX7300 extender with a newer model. Some users have reported that the EX7300 extender is not compatible with the Arris G34.
