EX7500 Can’t connect to internet

We can see it as a wifi option but can’t connect it to the internet. Only second and third lights go blue. Any help would be very grateful

If you go to the manual, it'll tell you exactly what lights they are and what each color means.

Did you set it up via wps or via the installation wizard? 

if you used wps, I'd recommend factory resetting and running the install wizard. 

what router are you connect it to? 

Firmware on the extender?
