EX7500 Extender won't connect to modem/internet
My EX7500 Nighthawk extender will no longer connect to my modem. My internet is working fine, tested the speeds as well. I have tried several times to do the factory reset. I complete a couple prompts on mywifiext but where I get stuck is when it tries to connect to my SSID/internet network. It doesn't allow me to connect. I tried connecting through the Genie and also connecting manually. Neither seem to work.

What firmware is on the extender?
What router are you trying to connect it to?

Firmware should be whatever the factory setting is. I didn't make any adjustments to the firmware.
Router is a BGW210-700 for AT&T

And some firmwares had issues or could have had issues. Its why we ask.

All the lights are solid blue, but the 2.4 and 5.0 lights are not.

Re: EX7500 Extender won't connect to modem/internet
The led's are indicating its connected if the power/router link/wps lights are all solid blue.
the 2.4ghz/5ghz lights are for when a device is connected to the extender.
Why do you think its not connected?

Re: EX7500 Extender won't connect to modem/internet
When I go to actually select the networks and SSID -- it will not let me connect. Network name and password are correct for 2.4 and 5.0 networks. I tried to manually connect and use the Genie. Both methods end with the "unable to connect" error.

Re: EX7500 Extender won't connect to modem/internet
Did you set it up using smart connect?
Set it up using "onessid"?
Try factory resetting it and then set it up using the installation assistant. Try using a different ssid from the primary router.

You have posted your message in the section of this community given over to Nighthawk WiFi Routers. (This is easily done, given Netgear's complicated community structure.)
Many questions apply to different types of device, so you might get responses here, but you might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your hardware, in the appropriate section for your device. That's probably here:
