EX7500 extender block internet connection

Hi everybody

I have issues with Extender EX7500, very often I have to remove it from power point because is blocking the navigation, especially during videos or conference call.

When I remove it, everything come back to normality.

 

How can I solve this issue that don't bring any value of my EX7500 ?

    What firmware is on it? 

    What router is it connected to?

      Driver version:  21.110.1.1

        firmware on the extender, not the router. 

        Did you set it up using wps or using the installation wizard?
