EX7500 no longer connects to the internet

Had device for about a year and now today refuses to connect to wifi.  Connection for the cable company is strong, so it's not the house router

What router is it? 

Firmware on the extender? 

did you try resetting and re-installing the extender?

or sometimes routers update firmware and it causes issues. If that happens, you can run into needing to factory reset the router as well.
