EX7700 MESH Extender - Router Not Found on Nighthawk iOS APP

My EX7700 Extender used to work fine, but has stopped for a while. I have set it back up using the mywifiext webpage, which all went smoothly and confirms setup working fine through to internet via my home router.  However the Nighthawk iOS App refuses to connect to my network at all, whether I'm connected to my router or extender wifi - it states Router Not Found (I have power recycled extender, router and phone - indeed reinstalled the iOS App). It confirms my EX7700 extender via Connect with Anywhere Access, thought states 'Connect Locally'.

Any suggestions? Maybe factory reset extended and start over again?

Make sure on your ios device that you have icloud relay and private mac/ip address disabled.
