EX7700 - after updating to .216 system does not reboot

Hi all,
I tried to do the update to .216 yesterday and now the system does not reboot anymore.
Actually the front LEDs are blinking and the rear LED next to the power button in blinking green.
Pressing the reset button has no effect! The rebooting performance starts but it ends in green blinking again... 😕
Does anybody know a work around for hard reset? Can I install the firmware manually in this state?
Many thanks for your help.
Best
Marc
