EX8000 WiFi Range Extender availability in Australia

When is the EX8000 Range extender available in Australia.  I have a R8000 X6 router, and believe the EX8000 extender is the perfect match for my router.  

I dont want to throw it out and purchase an Orbi for example.  I would like to purchase the EX8000, and will do from the US if needed. 

What are my options.

We do not plan to launch the EX8000 in AUS region. EX7500 should be available in Q1 which is the wall plug version.
