EX8000 keeps dropping connection

Keeps dropping connection, I tried some recommendations but nothing seems to work. I lose internet but all lights seem to stay on.

What router are you connecting it to? 

What firmware is on the ex8000?

Do you have a screen snip of the ex8000's status page that shows backhaul connection?

Is this happening to the 2.4ghz/5ghz/both? 

When it goes down, can you hardwire into the ex8000 and have the ethernet ports work? 

Or does nothing work at all?
