EX8000 keeps losing the 2.4gHZ channel Hardware Version: EX8000 Firmware Version: V1.0.1.22
I've contacted support numerous times and so far I've unplugged, reset, and factory reset it. It worked for a day with factory reset but it lost the channel after a day. Do I need a new one or is it ...

There is no extend 2.4Ghz box. There is a disable 2.4Ghz radio which disables it but then only have 5Ghz available. I have devices that work only on 2.4Ghz channel.

When you're going through the initial setup, it asks about "extending the 2.4gh". If you uncheck it, you're still able to use 2.4ghz but it piggybacks the signal onto the 5ghz backhaul. Its only possible to do while doing the initial setup.
It normaly does piggyback the 2.4ghz onto the 5ghz with the tribands but if there's an issue with the backhaul connection, it'll use the 2.4ghz as a backup and 2.4ghz is slow and sensitive to interference.
