Ethernet port on EX6250 dead after firmware update

I configured the extender on a network without internet connectivity. It worked fine (I was using it as a wireless client for a hardwired device). Upon connecting to the internet, it asked me to update the firmware, which i did. Now, my ethernet port is dead. Any suggestions?

Power OFF or unplug the extender for 30 seconds then back in? 

Try a factory reset on the extender. Press the reset button for 10 seconds then release. Set up from scratch. 

Swap LAN cables to be sure. CAT6 is recommended.
