Ex2700 doesn't work
I have the EX2700 which I bought a few months ago but never got it to work with my DGN3500. All the devices kept dropping connections to both the wifi networks. I switched off Ex2700 and did not turn it on until today. Today I upgraded the DGN3500 to the latest firmware and also the EX2700. I created a new wifi connection on both of them so that all existing devices were disconnected.
What I find now is that the download speeds are extremely low on the EX2700 to the extent that sometimes it just doesn't connect. During that same time devices connected to the DGN3500 work fine.
If I don't get a solution, I will look at returning it.

Re: Ex2700 doesn't work
Hello Arg
Have you tried to adjust the wireless channel on the ex2700 it could be a interference issue causing the slow speeds.

Re: Ex2700 doesn't work
This just depends on the area we have a app on android that you can download to help figure out what the best channel to use in your area. It is called netgear wifi analytics and if you have apple search for the wifi analytics app should be able to find a free one it will tell you what the least used channel is that is the one you want to set your devices to.
