Ex2700

I have connected the extender to my router, but when I try to connect my phone or iPad it says the password is wrong. But it says to use the current router Password. I have checked the password and it is correct. Can anyone help please. I’m not very technical so basic advice would be great please! Thank you

    What router are you connecting it to? 

    What firmware is on it?
    Did you set it up using wps or using the installation assistant? 

    I'd highly recommend using the installation assistant if you didn't. Factory reset the extender and reinstall it  using that method. don't use wps.
