Ex3110

I purchased a new AC750 extender and it does not connect. I’ve followed instructions to the letter but it never connects. What may be the issue?

what router are you connecting it to? 

What method of install are you using? There's several different ones. 

If the first fails, I usually recommend the next. 

Did you set it up using the push button WPS option? 

If so, factory reset the extender  and set it up using the installation assistant.

To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
