I’m reinstalling the extender 3700 on a new network I’m using the same Wi-Fi name but it doesn’t seem to recognize it do I need to factory reset the 3700 on they moved installation

Well It looks like I did a boo-boo on the first set up.
I didn’t get something smaller to fit in the hole for the reset button it looks like it didn’t reset we got a small pen and pushed it in and did a system reset and did the WPS connection and everything works fine works fine

What router are you connecting it to?
When you re-installed, did you use wps or the installation assistant?
I'd recommend factory resetting and using the installation assistant.

Hi
I used the wps bottoms on devices and the 2nd time did a factory reset. The old WiFi network is broadcasting so I don't think it reset correctly. Will do a factory reset again and use the installation assistant.
Using att router BGW 320
will try again
