What router did you connect it to?
You have the EX6120?
What firmware is on it?
Did anything change?
What error/notices are you getting? cannot connect doesn't tell us much.

it is a Hitron Router
Yes it is an EX6120
not sure how to find the firmware
Error message is can not connect to your network
no changes extender disconnected from my Network and now I can not seem to reset it

Are you trying to set it up using WPS?
If so, factory reset the extender (push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on).
then install it using the installation assistant method and NOT wps.

Thank you i tried to do this as you have instructed i am able to get as far as seeing the 2G and 5G networks
I try and put in the passwords for these 2 networks , but before i can complete this step the screen disappears and the takes me back to the Sign in Page for my account
