Ex6200 keeps disconnecting

My Ex6200 wifi extender keeps disconnecting. I have it set up where my computer and other devices are connected via ethernet. Yet it keeps disconnecting. Help pls

Ive noticed that it disconnects when i try to download anything

1. What is the firmware version of the extender?

2. What is the status of the 2.4GHz and 5GHz LED's?

3. Is the connection stable when doing you are just browsing?

4. Does the issue persist on all your devices (wired and wireless) connected to the extender?

2. The 2.4 ghz is orange while 5ghz is green
3. Lately our connection has not been stable
