Ex6250 extender not talking to Belong Modem

NETGEAR.EXT does not appear in wifi list. It use to work but I have recently got a new modem Belong DWA0122BLN. It seems they are not compatible. I did a factory reset and tried various was on connecting ethernet cable, WPS. Belong told me that if I know the IP configuration address or details about my extender they could help me. Anyone any suggestions.

    The EX6250 is a mesh extender. If you tried setting it up using wps, it'll default to the mesh option and have the same ssid as the router. 

    Try factory resetting by pushing and holding reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. The lights should change/flash when held long enough. Then you should have the netgear_ext option to install with.
