Ex7700 extender not working
I just purchased a new EX7700 extender. The set up seemed to go well but the range extender does not seem to be working, it’s saying on the app it’s connected and online but I can still only get internet in the room with the router (not the extender) the extender lights are all white.
I have tried rebooting.
Does anyone know what may cause this

Same issue here. Beyond frustrated! I have an error message you are currently connected to Netgear_ext. Go to settings and connect to Netgear_ext. What the heck! Reset, unplugged, reinstalled and still cannot connect.
