Ex7700
Why is it the call drops when moving from the Wi-Fi extender back to my Wi-Fi router or vice-versa?
My iPhone SE is normally okay but my partners iPhone XR blips.
The caller can hear him but he can’t hear them.
Firmware is up to date
Any ideas?

Hi Justinzilli,
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
First of all, we are sorry for not being able to get back to you immediately due to the backlogs in the system. Was this working before on your iPhone XR? Are you using the One Wifi name feature of the extender mesh?
Please do not hesitate to let me know if you need further assistance.
Regards,
Oliver

Re: Ex7700
Hi, that’s okay. It’s a real balance of workload since the pandemic.
Since a fresh FULL reset, all is working again which is what I have to to clear the woe. I.e. reinstall.
Update of firmware does clear the bug.
Sometimes it doesn’t.
