Extend WIFI Coverage
Hi Community
I have the Nighthawk R8000 plugged into my study which is on one side of my house and as I get towards the far side of my house I lose WIFI coverage almost completely. What is the best way to get an extender on the other side of my house that I am able to simply plug into electric (i.e. I cannot put an ethernet cable around the house for this).
Thanks.

Re: Extend WIFI Coverage
you could use a wifi extender, you could use a powerline device with built in wifi, or you could even use a moca adapter (ethernet over coax).
Several different options for you.

Re: Extend WIFI Coverage
Those are all pretty expensive solutions when I already have a pretty expensive router! Would your EX6250 do the job, but with a little less performance??
Are there any others lower in your range that would also do the job.

Re: Extend WIFI Coverage
the models I have listed are just my signature. They're not recommendations.
You have multiple options that you can try. I just listed extenders, powerline, or moca adapters.
The ex6250 might work fine for you.
