Extender reset

My WiFi extender worked great in my house for several years. Then I had to change the name of my WiFi to remove an apostrophe so that a new device could access it. With the new name, my extender now can no longer access the internet. It appears to be working by the lights but it won’t accept the old password and I don’t see any way to change it. Anyone know how to fix this?
