Firmware confusion on how to update
It says in the directions
"
- Download the firmware file, save it to your desktop, and unzip the file if needed., The filename after extracting is EX3700-EX3800-V1.0.0.76_1.0.49.chk

If the extender is already on your network there's a couple options.
1. type in mywifiext.net
2. log into your router and look at the attached devices page and find the IP address for your extender. Use this ip address to access it.
3. plug a cable directly into your extender from your pc. type mywifiext.net
There's even a video of how to. If you go to your support page (I will link to it) theres a video. If you click the > arrow in the videos section, I think its the 3rd video named "how to update the firmware on your wireless extender using the wizard". A good walk through on updating it.
